Below are the recommended tools I use for tightening the adapters in the hub.

Tool List:

 3/16” Allen Key – for set screws (supplied with each hub)

 1” (25mm) Deep Socket – for 5/8-24 1” large nut

 .75” (19mm) Deep Socket – for smaller 5/8-24 retaining nuts

 6” (150mm) Crescent Wrench – for tightening NMO connectors

Available Adapters:

 3/8-24 threaded adapter to SO239

 2” SO239 F to SO239 F connector

 NMO to SO239 Female connector

 NMO to N Female connector

 Adapter for mounting two hubs for use as a Discone or Biconical dipole.

Diamond Antenna - DIA3824: SO-239 to 3/8x24

 3/8-24 adapters for mounting whips, .100”, .125”, .150”, .200”, .250”

I prefer the adapters with hex screws for tightening the whips in place.

I also prefer that the whip hole goes completely through the adapter.

This allows for more adjustment range when tuning an antenna.

 I replace the smaller nut on the 5/8-24 threaded connecters with a

larger 1” nut and star washer. This creates a more robust fastening

against the hub.
